The LIFT Welfare Drop-In service is a supplementary check-in and observation service only. It is not a substitute for any existing package of care, domiciliary care provision, or prescribed care plan. LIFT welfare visits do not constitute personal care, clinical treatment, or regulated domiciliary care as defined under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
This service is designed for circumstances where care has temporarily broken down, where a family member wishes a loved one checked on, or where general wellbeing monitoring is sought.
